Privacy Policy

ZxC Media is a video production company in the Oklahoma City area. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site or work with us, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we'll walk you through it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill out a form, book a call, or email us, we get your name, email, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write in the message.
• Project material. If you hire us, we hold the footage, photos, files, and notes tied to your project for as long as we're working together and for a while after, in case you need another cut.
• Basic site analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, records rough traffic numbers — page views, general location, browser type. It isn't tied to your name and we don't use it to track individual people.

How we use it

To reply to you, quote a project, plan and deliver the work, send an invoice, and keep records a small business has to keep. That's the whole list. We don't send marketing email to people who haven't asked for it.

AI tools in our workflow

We use AI assistants from Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) for parts of our work — drafting plans and notes, organizing a shoot, sorting and transcribing footage. That means project material and the messages you send us can pass through those services while we're working. We don't sell that material, and we don't allow it to be used to train public AI models. If you'd rather your project stay out of those tools entirely, tell us and we'll handle it that way.

Who else sees your information

A few service providers we rely on to run the business: our scheduling tool (HubSpot), our email provider, our accountant, and the AI tools above. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it for advertising.

Some pages embed video from YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram. When one of those loads, that platform can see that you visited the page. We don't control what they do with that — their own privacy policies apply.

Your choices

Ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we'll take care of it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep. You can also ask us not to contact you again.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This is a US-based small business and this policy is written under Oklahoma law.
