These are the rules for using zxc-media.com. They're short on purpose. Using the site means you're okay with them.

The site itself

Everything here — the writing, the videos, the photos, the design — belongs to ZxC Media or to the clients whose work we're showing with their permission. You're welcome to read it, link to it, and share it. You can't republish it as your own or use it in your own marketing without asking first. See the copyright page for more on the portfolio work.

What we can and can't promise

We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, but we don't guarantee it's free of every error, and we may change or take down pages at any time. The site is provided as-is. Nothing here is a contract on its own.

Booking a call isn't a contract

Scheduling a meeting or sending an inquiry starts a conversation — it doesn't hire us and it doesn't commit either of us to anything. Any actual project runs on a separate written agreement that covers scope, timeline, and price. Until that's signed, there's no deal.

Links to other sites

We link out to other places and embed video from YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. We don't run those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If we update them, the new version goes up here with a fresh date at the top.
